Frequently asked questions
An active service user is any client for whom you have at least one scheduled or completed visit in the current billing month. Discharged clients who receive no visits in a given month do not count towards your limit. You can archive historical clients without affecting your count.
Yes — you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated for the remainder of your billing period. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. There are no fees for changing plans.
At the end of your 14-day free trial, you'll be prompted to choose a plan and enter payment details. Your data is retained in full. If you don't subscribe, your account enters a read-only grace period for 30 days before data is permanently deleted — and we'll remind you twice by email before that happens.
Yes. All data is stored within the UK and EU. We use UK-based cloud infrastructure and our data processing agreements comply fully with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. We can provide a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) on request.
Yes — we offer a 15% discount for registered charities and 10% for providers with a current CQC Outstanding rating. Contact us at hello@riisho.com with your charity registration number or CQC certificate and we'll apply the discount before your first payment.
